Yes! Playflow works for any competitive activity - traditional sports like basketball, soccer, and tennis, as well as esports, card games, and board games. If it has winners and losers, Playflow can handle it.

Is there a limit on the number of teams or participants?

The free plan supports up to 8 teams per tournament. Pro subscribers get unlimited teams per tournament. You can also purchase individual tournament credits to unlock unlimited teams for specific tournaments.

How does real-time scoring work?

Tournament organizers and supervisors can update scores from any device. As soon as a score is entered, the bracket updates automatically and all viewers see the changes instantly - no page refresh needed.

What is the AI Tournament Parser?

The AI Tournament Parser is a Pro feature that lets you paste participant lists from anywhere - spreadsheets, emails, or documents. Our AI automatically extracts names, team assignments, and other details so you don't have to enter them manually.

Does Playflow work on mobile?

Playflow provides a tournament management platform that allows users to create brackets, manage teams, track scores, and organize sports and esports competitions. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

Playflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
